Arvairë was the daughter of Diorel and Celebrie, and she was at one time the Great Druidess of Gelmar and the Chosen of Selene. She met and fell in love with the Danemar Lord Pallando of House Marach, and through their union they had one son, Morinehtar, and one daughter, Morwen. Her life was ended during her travels through Annun with her daughter and son while Pallando was on a mission. Their traveling party was attacked by a large group of orcs being hunted by a group of Danemar rangers known as the Rangers of the North. In that attack Arvairë was killed defending her children, but the Danemar rangers arrived in time to save both Morinehtar and Morwen.<h4>Appearance</h4>Arvairë was tall (6'0") and slender, a lithe female elf of Telerin descent. Her hair nearly platinum blonde hair was long and full, and her eyes were a piercing crystal&nbsp;<figure class="image image-style-side"><img src="http://192.168.2.1:5001/static/images/galadriel_by_wiredbadger_djwo0wd-pre.jpg" alt="http://192.168.2.1:5001/static/images/galadriel_by_wiredbadger_djwo0wd-pre.jpg"></figure>blue. She had the fair complexion of her ancestors, and she was exceptionally beautiful as all females were in the House of Celedhring.<h4>The Great Druidess</h4>The Great Druidess of Gelmar is always a member of the House of Celedhring, the chosen house of Selene. She is a level 14 druid of Selene and has attained the highest level of druidic progression under Selene. This is by design. The Great Druidess is literally the Chosen of Selene, and Selene grants the Great Druidess several gifts to set her apart from the other druids, marking her undeniably as the Chosen of Selene and to help her fulfill her role as the Great Druidess.Gifts of Selene to the Great DruidessThe Great Druidess has no control or ability to change these gifts. These are the gifts granted by Selene. As the Chosen of Selene, the Great Druidess becomes a Mythic NPC with 5 tiers in Hierophant. These powers granted by Selene are consistent from Great Druidess to Great Druidess, they do not change. The Great Druidess only holds these powers while in the position of Great Druidess.&nbsp; She cannot increase her mythic tier and she cannot add or change the powers listed below. The mythic abilities granted are as follows:&nbsp; Hierophant Mythic Tier 5 Hit Points: +20 Base Mythic Abilities: hard to kill, mythic power, surge +1d8, amazing initiative, recuperation Hierophant Divine Surge: Recalled Blessing Granted Mythic Path Abilities: Commune with Power, Divine Countenance, Empathic Healing, Impeccable Intuition, Divine Potency (x3) Mythic Ability Score Increases: ASI +2 to Wis, +2 to Cha; additionally, Selene has granted the Great Druidess a +4 to Constitution and Charisma, and +4 to Appearance.
